Hi, I'm Mostafa
I'm a technology leader with 12+ years of experience building software products and helping companies scale their engineering capabilities. Based in Cairo, Egypt, I work with startups and growing businesses across the MENA region and globally.
My journey started as a software engineer, but I quickly found myself drawn to the intersection of technology and business. Today, I serve as a Fractional CTO for companies that need strategic technology leadership without the full-time executive cost.
I'm particularly passionate about software architecture and building systems that scale gracefully. I believe in choosing the right tool for the job — not the trendiest one. Technology should solve real problems, not just check buzzword boxes.
In 2025, I founded Phronix Solutions, combining technology consulting with product development. We're building products like ZKAWA (AI-powered education) and Corsn (language learning) while helping other companies solve their technical challenges.
